What you submit
The forms ask for your name, email, an optional store or agency name, and a description of the merchandising decision you want help with. Please avoid including customer information or confidential store data.
What we record
We store the submitted details, the type of request, its submission time and the browser’s user-agent information in our website enquiry database, hosted with Neon. The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical request information to deliver and operate the site.
The product walkthrough is delivered through Amazon CloudFront when you play it. Website fonts are served directly from this site.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, arrange a requested conversation and understand the merchandising needs you share with us. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or book an appointment automatically.
